I'm a certified PC support technician.I have a passion for IT business and my expertise is in trouble-shooting and solving skills. My knowledge base is on various operating systems, applications and basic knowledge on networking. I have experience in Microsoft products which include the office packages and windows.

I have good comprehension of creating a server and sharing a networked printer. I understand clearly the art of setting up the router and client computers. I consider myself a fast learner and a team player. I feel that I can make a contribution to any Information Technology Services department.
